Once your shipping or delivery label has been generated, we are unable to fulfill such requests. Electronic Items

All sales of electronic items are final. Once you have received your item and left our premises, it is considered accepted in good condition and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged because of a change of mind, preference, or any reason other than a verified manufacturing fault.

Faulty Items

If an electronic item is found to have a genuine manufacturing fault, we will inspect the item. Once the fault is verified, you may choose one of the following:

• A replacement of the same item (subject to availability).
• An exchange for another item of equal value (or pay the difference if applicable).
• A full refund.
